Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search strategies for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking narrative, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, content priorities with writers and AI, and ensure visibility in AI-assisted search as well as traditional organic results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO and audits, with fixes implemented.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and SEO tools (Ahrefs or Semrush).
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content priorities with writers/AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search and classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, plus quarterly client roadmaps.
