Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer the technical roadmap, content priorities and the ranking story, acting as the strategic voice at the table and making the calls.

You will lead technical SEO tasks, keyword strategy and content priorities, working with writers and AI. This role focuses on AI-enabled search alongside classic organic results, including multi-location SEO where needed.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed independently.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Achieve visibility for clients in AI search and traditional results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, plus quarterly roadmaps for each client.
