Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years in management consulting, with focus on organizational design or operational strategy.
• Proven expertise in strategies for distributed or remote workforces.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks for remote operational strategy, including governance and talent management.
