Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Operations Director to lead and scale operational functions entirely from a remote setting. This executive role focuses on developing and executing the company’s operational strategy, driving efficiency, and ensuring service delivery across remote teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Operations Management with senior leadership experience managing large, remote teams, and a proven ability to design scalable remote-first strategies

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing remote teams.
• Proven track record designing scalable operational strategies in remote-first environments.
• Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance remote collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operational strategy for a fully remote organization.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of remote operations, including process improvement and tech adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of remote operational leaders and staff.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track operational success and drive improvement.
• Ensure robust communication, collaboration, and engagement strategies for distributed teams.
• Manage operational budgets and resource allocation across remote functions.
