The role is fully distributed, enabling collaboration with international teams and clients to optimize business strategies and operational frameworks for sustainable growth.

You will analyze strategic positioning, design operating models, and drive process improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or operations management.
• Proven success leading strategic or operational improvement projects.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and business process modeling tools.
• Exceptional remote collaboration and communication skills with a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a virtual setting.
