Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for virtual environments.
