Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/ops related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or process improvement, with remote/distributed teams.
• Proven track record of operational excellence initiatives and measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of process mapping, lean principles, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence across remote teams.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Design and standardize processes and workflows for remote context.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice sharing.
• Develop training materials and workshops on operational excellence for remote staff.
