Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Operations Lead to design and manage a fully distributed operations function across time zones. You will shape processes, mentor remote teams, and drive a high-performance remote culture in a digital-first company.

The role focuses on scalable operations, KPI dashboards, budgets, and tool-driven automation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, efficiency, and service excellence in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years in operations management, with at least 3 years managing remote teams.
• Proven track record in implementing operational strategies for virtual environments.
• Experience with collaboration and PM software suitable for remote work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving for distributed teams.
• Ability to foster team cohesion and productivity in remote settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine strategies for a fully remote workforce, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote operational staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.
