Job summary

Assist World is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to own day-to-day supply chain and operational logistics for a growing CPG and manufacturing business. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, production partners, freight providers, customs, and fulfillment partners to keep orders moving and paperwork complete.

You will adapt to shifting priorities, assess situations, communicate clearly, and proactively resolve issues across time zones including China, Hawaii, and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple external partners and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the supply chain from raw materials through production and fulfillment.
• Place and track purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, freight providers, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and identify delays or issues.
• Coordinate international and domestic freight.
• Manage logistics across multiple time zones.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between suppliers, production facilities, freight providers, and fulfillment partners.
