Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Online Course Facilitator to join our remote education team in Centurion and beyond. You will guide learners, facilitate discussions, and provide timely feedback to support successful course completion.

This fully remote role requires a degree in Education or a related field, experience in online teaching, and familiarity with LMS such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in online teaching, facilitation, or mentoring.
• Experience with LMS such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online course discussions and provide timely feedback on assignments.
• Monitor student progress and offer guidance and resources.
• Engage with learners through various channels to foster a positive learning community.
• Ensure adherence to course schedules and quality standards.
