You will monitor tutor performance, develop training materials, and coordinate schedules to ensure consistent student coverage, while driving improvements in tutoring protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching or tutoring experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience with online learning platforms and virtual tutoring tools.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy and student support strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of online tutors, ensuring high-quality instructional support.
• Monitor tutor performance and student feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
• Develop and refine tutoring protocols and best practices for online delivery.
