Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Offshore Project Engineer to manage critical offshore projects from a home office. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage risks, and drive project success in the Oil & Gas sector, with the flexibility of a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing complex offshore engineering projects and excellent remote leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in project engineering/management with offshore Oil & Gas focus.
• Experience across full lifecycle from concept to close-out.
• Strong understanding of offshore construction, installation and commissioning.
• Excellent remote leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with project management software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore project planning and execution within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with disciplines, procurement, construction and installation teams.

This fully remote role requires a proactive individual to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing risks, and driving project success in the dynamic Oil & Gas industry . The ideal candidate excels in remote collaboration and possesses a strong track record in managing complex offshore engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of offshore projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards throughout project lifecycles.
