Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues remotely.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related problems.
