Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with Sustainable Design specialization.
• Professional SACAP registration is highly regarded.
• 7+ years in architectural practice with sustainable design focus.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software and LCA tools.
• Strong knowledge of international green building rating systems.
• Excellent software skills: Revit, AutoCAD; visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of building physics and passive design.
• Remote collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating sustainable and net-zero projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of sustainable design principles from concept to completion.
• Run energy modeling simulations and life cycle assessments.
