Job summary

iOCO is seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to drive development of modern applications using .NET and Angular. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with BAs, and ensure quality across all stages of delivery.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong cloud experience with Azure, and the ability to translate complex requirements into robust software solutions. This is a remote-contract opportunity with a consultancy mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of software development experience with hands-on leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams across front-end and back-end.
• Experience translating BDD and Swagger specs into implementable stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development process and set coding, testing and quality standards.
• Direct engineers and collaborate with BAs to transition BDDs and Swagger specs.
• Oversee scope, timelines and goals for delivering working software.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support production cutovers and migrations as required.
• Provide guidance and mentor the team through design reviews.
