FusionTek is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Engineer to bridge client needs with our technical solutions. You will guide clients through decisions, translate requirements into actionable project plans, and hand off to delivery.

Role emphasizes cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT offerings with a focus on client success and clear, value-driven proposals. Strong collaboration with Sales and Projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment required.
• 2-3 years of Sales Engineer or equivalent solutions-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and server OSes.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts and design.
• Extensive experience designing cloud solutions (O365, Azure, Azure AD, Intune).

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Assess and document clients' infrastructure, apps, and workflows for gaps.
• Design tailored, scalable managed services aligned with client goals.
• Develop and deliver proposals communicating value and strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Support teams.
• Stay current on emerging technologies to enhance offerings.
• Educate internal teams on new solutions and deployment methods.
