• At least 3 years of professional experience in applied machine learning in real-world environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies to support end-to-end ML product development.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, real-time ML services powering ranking and personalization.
• Enhance personalized shopping experiences by refining recommendation and discovery capabilities.
• Analyze user interactions to build models delivering relevant and engaging customer experiences.
• Research, evaluate, and implement personalization approaches to maximize customer value and business performance.
• Formulate hypotheses via experimentation and A/B testing, measuring impact on key metrics.
• Collaborate with ranking engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve features.
• Communicate findings and decisions clearly to stakeholders, translating ML concepts into actionable insights.
• Take ownership from investigation through implementation to improve reliability and scalability of production systems.
