Job summary

Ikue in Cape Town is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and build robust machine learning pipelines and integrate AI outputs into data workflows. Successful candidates will have a BSc in Computer Science or Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Python, Spark, and SQL, preferably within cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced skills developing in Python, Spark, SQL.
• Experience with machine learning models in the cloud (AWS ECS/SageMaker preferable).

Responsibilities

• Design and construct Ikue's AI Studio in collaboration with Product owners and Data Scientists.
• Design and build machine learning pipelines (model build, evaluation, deploy, monitoring).
• Integrate machine learning outputs into real-time and batch data pipelines.
