Job summary

Proficiency in SQL and MS Office.
Good understanding of electronic and mechanical equipments/ components.
Good understanding of databases.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site support with issue analytics, root cause analysis, and documentation.
Log all service requests for tracking and reporting.
Track and update calls in the ticket system.
Escalate unresolved issues per procedures.
Report SLA stats weekly.
Conduct technical trainings for internal and external teams.
Develop training materials for technical trainings.
Perform quality audits on sites and document findings.
