Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor to guide individuals and groups through live online sessions. You will lead practices, teach mindfulness principles, and tailor sessions for diverse client groups while maintaining a calm, supportive virtual space.

Ideal candidates will have formal mindfulness instruction certification, at least 3 years’ experience, and a consistent personal practice.

Qualifications

• Certification or extensive training in mindfulness meditation instruction (e.g., MBSR, MBCT, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading meditation and mindfulness sessions.
• Personal mindfulness meditation practice.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
• Ability to create engaging and accessible guided meditations.
• Compassionate, empathetic teaching approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Quiet, dedicated space with reliable internet for online sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead live online meditation and mindfulness sessions for various group sizes.
• Develop and deliver guided meditations and breathing exercises.
• Educate participants on mindfulness benefits and practices.
• Tailor sessions for client groups (corporate, general public).
• Create a safe, inclusive virtual environment for practice.
• Track engagement and gather feedback to improve sessions.
• Stay current with mindfulness research and best practices.
• Collaborate with content team to develop new formats and resources.
• Maintain professional standards and ethical conduct.
• Manage schedule to deliver sessions reliably.
