Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a Remote Lead Yoga Instructor & Mindfulness Facilitator to design and deliver engaging online yoga classes and mindfulness sessions.
You will mentor junior instructors, contribute to curriculum, and help expand the platform globally from Pretoria, Gauteng.
This role offers flexible part-time hours, remote work, and opportunities to shape online wellness programming for a worldwide audience.
Qualifications
- RYT 500 or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- 6+ years teaching yoga/mindfulness, online delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and yogic philosophy.
- Excellent online communication and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring instructors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct yoga classes via live streams and pre-recorded formats.
- Facilitate mindfulness meditation and breathing exercises.
- Develop sequences and scripts for an online audience.
- Provide clear alignment instructions and modifications.
- Mentor junior instructors and provide feedback.
- Help develop new online courses and wellness content.
- Engage with online community through forums and Q&A sessions.
- Stay current with best practices in online teaching.
