Placements24 is seeking passionate Remote Virtual Wellness and Mindfulness Coaches to join a forward-thinking digital wellness platform. The role involves guiding clients remotely through video calls and digital resources to craft personalized wellness plans centered on mindfulness, stress reduction, and healthy habits.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of one-on-one coaching experience, certification in wellness or mindfulness, and proficiency with virtual communication tools.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized Wellness Coaching or Mindfulness program.
• Minimum of 3 years of one-on-one wellness or mindfulness coaching.
• Proven ability to conduct effective virtual coaching sessions.
• Strong mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Proficiency with digital tools and remote communication technologies.
• Self-discipline and organization for remote work.
• Genuine passion for helping others achieve wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and holistic wellness.
• Develop personalized wellness plans and goal-setting strategies for clients.
• Provide guidance on meditation, breathing exercises, and other mindfulness techniques.
• Educate clients on building healthy habits related to sleep, nutrition, and physical activity.
• Utilize the client portal to track progress, share resources, and communicate effectively.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support between sessions.
• Stay current with research and best practices in wellness coaching, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
• Collaborate with the platform's team to improve service offerings and client engagement strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical coaching standards at all times.
