About the Role

Our client, a health and wellness technology company, is seeking a dedicated Remote Menu Planner & Nutrition Analyst. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing balanced, nutritious, and appealing meal plans for various client groups, as well as analyzing the nutritional content of existing menus and recipes. This role requires a strong foundation in nutrition science, culinary understanding, and excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with our product development team to create innovative solutions that support healthy eating habits. The ideal candidate is passionate about promoting wellness through food and is adept at leveraging digital tools for planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based meal plans tailored to specific dietary needs, health goals, and demographic profiles.
• Analyze the nutritional content of recipes and menus, calculating macronutrient and micronutrient values.
• Research and stay current with the latest advancements in nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and food trends.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in using nutrition analysis software (e.g., ESHA Food Processor, Cronometer, MyFitnessPal).
