Placements24 is seeking a Remote Menu Planner & Nutrition Analyst to develop balanced meal plans and analyze menus from a fully remote setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based nutrition, collaboration with product teams, and clear communication of complex dietary concepts.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Nutrition or Dietetics and an RD certification, with 3+ years of menu planning experience and proficiency in nutrition software.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of menu planning, nutritional analysis, or dietetics experience.
• Proficiency in nutrition analysis software (EsHA, Cronometer, MyFitnessPal).
• Strong understanding of human physiology, metabolism, and nutrient requirements.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain complex nutrition concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based meal plans for diverse client groups.
• Analyze nutritional content of recipes and menus, calculating macro- and micronutrients.
• Stay updated with nutrition science, guidelines, and trends.
• Collaborate with chefs and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and appeal.
• Create educational nutrition content for clients and internal teams.
• Use nutrition analysis software to assess food composition.
• Provide expert nutritional advice to support client health objectives.
• Contribute to development of nutritional assessment tools and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
