About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking digital health and wellness platform, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Online Nutritionist & Wellness Coach. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home office. You will be instrumental in guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles by providing personalized nutrition plans, evidence-based wellness advice, and ongoing coaching support. The role involves conducting virtual consultations, developing bespoke meal plans, tracking client progress, and fostering a positive, sustainable approach to health. We are looking for a registered or certified professional with a strong understanding of nutritional science, behavioral change strategies, and a passion for empowering clients to achieve their health goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients through digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and health history reviews with clients via telehealth platforms.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based nutrition and meal plans tailored to individual client goals, dietary needs, and preferences.
• Provide ongoing wellness coaching, support, and accountability to help clients adopt and maintain healthy habits.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and celebrate successes.
• Educate clients on principles of healthy eating, mindful consumption, and lifestyle management.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide support between scheduled sessions.
• Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in nutrition, health, and wellness.
• Contribute to the creation of educational content, such as articles, webinars, and guides.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent professional certification (e.g., Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Health Coach).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing nutrition counseling and wellness coaching, preferably in a clinical or private practice setting.
• Proven ability to develop personalized nutrition plans and facilitate behavioral change.
• Excellent understanding of macronutrients, micronutrients, and dietary guidelines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
