Qualifications

Responsibilities

Respond to patient calls, messages, and callback requests professionally.
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments for multiple therapists/providers.
Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
Process, review, and submit insurance claims through SimplePractice.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is updated appropriately.
Monitor and manage administrative tasks within SimplePractice and other practice systems.
Assist with patient intake, forms, and other front-office administrative processes.
Coordinate with therapists, providers, and internal team members to support smooth daily operations.
Handle routine patient communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support to the mental health practice as needed.
