Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Media Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while keeping

Qualifications

B2B sales experience in SDR/BDR roles is preferred.
At least 2 years in SDR/BDR or related SaaS/agency roles.
Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Experience using Salesforce and pipeline management.
Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
