Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients in the US. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship, keeping projects on time and on budget while removing blockers for internal teams.

Strong English communication and experience with PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira) are essential in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
