Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager to own the delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media work for US clients. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

This role is a delivery-focused position for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to completion, coordinating a team of strategists, writers and designers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
