Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own delivery of marketing work for US clients. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

Role requires coordinating PPC/SEO teams, running updates, and proactively managing scope and risk. 3+ years in digital marketing project management and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
