Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist – Direct Response with GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign expertise. The role is fully remote and based in South Africa, reporting to the Head of Growth.

You will own dashboards, campaign workflows, and funnel builds while driving QA, data accuracy, and scalable processes. You will coordinate creative production, automation, and AI-driven optimizations to support a fast-growing direct-response marketing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in marketing operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels with GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels; experience with ActiveCampaign email sequences.
• Experience with Klaviyo or HubSpot is relevant.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile marketing data and reports.
• Experience coordinating freelancers or small creative teams.
• Advanced practical knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) with automation experience.
• Native-level written English with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently within a growing team.
• Willingness to align with European or Dubai time zones for core hours.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly marketing dashboard and performance reporting across campaigns and funnel stages.
• Manage ClickUp workspace, workflows, dashboards, templates, and intake processes from Slack.
• Implement pre-launch quality checks for ads and emails and track launches.
• Build and maintain landing pages/funnels using GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels; set up tracking.
• Create email sequences and automations in ActiveCampaign to support customer journeys.
• Coordinate video editors and creative briefs; monitor turnaround times and revisions.
• Support onboarding, tool access, and subscription management for growth initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, QA, and data reconciliation.
• Establish reliable, repeatable processes to scale the marketing function.
