11 Investments is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive cross-brand campaigns and content from a remote Cape Town base. You will coordinate calendars, briefs and deliverables across portfolio brands, ensuring on-time execution and consistency.

You will plan and deliver social, email and web initiatives, collaborate with founders, agencies and suppliers, and track performance to optimise results. A hands-on marketer comfortable juggling multiple priorities will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and day-to-day activity across portfolio brands.
• Maintain calendars, trackers and deadlines; liaise with founders, agencies and suppliers.
• Plan and deliver campaigns; draft, edit and repurpose content (social, articles, case studies, newsletters, reports).
• Gather insight from founders/consultants to inform thought leadership pieces.
• Manage LinkedIn and social channels calendars, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
• Build and manage email campaigns, lists, segmentation, and performance.
• Manage routine site updates and landing pages with developers/agencies.
• Support SEO/AEO/GEO; monitor site functionality and performance.
• Support events (roundtables, webinars, networking), sending invites, materials, follow-up, and producing content.
• Maintain brand consistency; create/update presentations, assets and templates.
• Track and report performance across channels.
• Support marketing tools, budget and supplier admin.
