Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Manufacturing Consultant to guide clients in optimizing production processes from anywhere. The role emphasizes operational efficiency, quality improvements and cost reductions through modern manufacturing techniques.

You will remotely assess facilities, analyze workflows, propose strategic solutions, and develop implementation plans. Collaboration via video conferencing and digital tools is essential to drive changes across diverse manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations management or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of client manufacturing facilities using provided data and virtual tools.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose strategic efficiency gains.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements, technology adoption, and operational strategy.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and implementation plans.
