Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Sustainability.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design with sustainable/green focus.
• Accreditation as a LEED AP, GBCSA Green Star SA Accredited Professional, or equivalent is essential.
• Proficiency in sustainable design analysis tools (EnergyPlus, IES VE) and BIM software (Revit).
• Demonstrated experience leading sustainability aspects of complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of sustainable design principles into all project phases.
• Develop and implement energy modeling and environmental performance analyses.
