Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification with a specialization or significant experience in sustainable design.

• Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., IES VE, EnergyPlus) and BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of building physics, environmental systems, and sustainable materials.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills, adaptable to remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies and targets for architectural projects.
• Conduct environmental performance analysis, including energy modeling, daylight simulations, and carbon footprint assessments.
• Advise design teams on material selection, passive design strategies, and renewable energy integration.
• Lead the process for green building certifications such as Green Star or LEED.
