Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in luxury event planning, high-end catering, or private cheffing.
• Strong understanding of gourmet cuisine, fine wine, and sophisticated service standards.
• Exceptional client relationship management and professional communication.
• Proven ability to manage complex remote projects, budgets, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand vision, preferences, and requirements for luxury events, including weddings, galas, and exclusive corporate functions.
• Develop bespoke, high-end menu concepts, wine pairings, and service styles tailored to each event.
• Collaborate with executive chef and culinary team to ensure menu feasibility, quality and presentation.
• Manage client expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout planning.
