Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups for a fleet of vehicles remotely.
• Optimize delivery routes using logistics software to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers via digital platforms, providing clear instructions and updates.
• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery details, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or complications.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of all logistics activities, including manifests and delivery confirmations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading and unloading processes.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and service.
