Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized and adaptable Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain activities from a remote location across South Africa, including Limpopo. You will coordinate shipment schedules, liaise with carriers and customers, and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in logistics or coordination, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/logistics.
• 2–4 years of logistics/coordination experience, preferably with remote work.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods and track deliveries.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers and customers for seamless operations.
• Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory and related documentation.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes for cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate logistics status to internal and external stakeholders.
