Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Logistics, SCM, Economics, Statistics or Data Science is required.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Logistics/Supply Chain Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency with analytical tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transport modes, warehousing and inventory management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with logistics software (TMS, WMS, ERP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to supply chain performance and costs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and logistics metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in client supply chains.
• Formulate data-driven recommendations for optimization and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and external clients for analytical support.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and best practices.
• Assist in developing and implementing new logistics strategies.
• Perform financial analysis of transportation, warehousing and inventory costs.
• Support design and testing of new logistics technologies and software.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
