Requirements

Master's degree or PhD in Environmental Health, Public Health, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sanitation strategy development, public health consulting, or a senior sanitation management role. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex sanitation programs for large organizations or across multiple sectors. Strong understanding of international health regulations, risk management, and hygiene science. Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams and projects effectively. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
