Responsabilidades

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of process development projects for new chemical products and technologies.
• Develop and optimize chemical processes from lab scale through pilot scale to commercial production, coordinating remotely with global teams.
• Utilize process simulation software (Aspen Plus) and advanced modeling techniques to predict process behavior and optimize design.
• Design and manage experimental programs, including pilot plant operations, to validate process designs and gather scale-up data.
• Conduct techno-economic assessments and risk analyses for new process developments.
• Mentor and guide junior process development engineers and chemists within the virtual team structure.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure successful technology transfer and implementation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in process development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Proven track record of leading successful process development projects from concept to implementation.
• Expertise in process simulation, modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, separation processes, and materials science.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing diverse, remote teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills tailored for virtual collaboration.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Must have a robust home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity to support full-time remote work.
