Qualifications

PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related field with strong publication record.
Minimum of 7 years post-doctoral and/or industry experience in molecular biology research.

Expertise in a broad range of molecular biology techniques.
Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of molecular biologists in a remote setting, providing scientific direction and technical expertise.
Design, optimize, and execute complex molecular biology experiments (PCR, qPCR, cloning, sequencing, cell-based assays).
Develop and validate novel molecular assays for target identification and validation.
Analyze and interpret experimental data, drawing conclusions and proposing next steps.
Contribute to research strategy development and project planning.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners via digital tools.
Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
