You will guide a remote team of developers, collaborate with designers and project managers, and drive projects from conception to deployment while staying at the forefront of interactive technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in interactive media development with leadership on complex projects.
• Strong frontend with React/Angular/Vue and backend with Node.js or Python.
• Experience with WebGL/Three.js and engines like Unity or Unreal.
• Focus on UX/UI and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of interactive media projects from concept to delivery.
• Architect robust, scalable solutions across web, mobile, and immersive platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and testing practices.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and PMs to realize creative visions.
