Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic supply chain optimization projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 5 years focused specifically on supply chain design and optimization.
• Proven experience in leading complex, large-scale supply chain projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in supply chain modeling software (e.g., LLamasoft, AnyLogic), optimization solvers, and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, network design, transportation management, and inventory control principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate remote teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
