• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in full-stack development, with 3+ years in lead/architect role.
• Expertise in backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, Go).
• Strong frontend experience (React, Angular, Vue).
• Databases: relational and NoSQL design/management.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Microservices, REST APIs and DevOps practices.
• FinTech domain experience is desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go) and associated frameworks.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern JavaScript.
• Proficiency in designing and managing relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in the FinTech industry or working with financial data is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
