Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in lead/senior management.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
• Strong cloud, microservices, APIs, data analytics and cybersecurity grounding.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring it supports current and future business strategies.
• Define architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for the organization.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex, integrated enterprise solutions across various technology domains.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable architectural plans.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and assess their solutions for enterprise fit.
• Develop and implement governance processes for architectural decision-making.
• Mentor and coach other architects and technical leads within the organization.
• Facilitate architectural review boards and design sessions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enterprise-wide technology strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of various architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in translating complex business requirements into technology solutions.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Experience with solution architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
