Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years of post-doctoral or relevant industry experience in computational biology with systems biology focus.
• Proficiency in Python or R and bioinformatics tools/databases.
• Experience with statistical modeling, network analysis, and ML in biology.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and application of systems biology approaches to analyze omics data.
• Design and implement computational models and algorithms for networks and pathways.
• Integrate diverse datasets to understand cellular processes and disease states.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists to design studies and generate hypotheses.
• Mentor junior computational biologists and foster innovation.
