Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Structures or Solid Mechanics.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis, with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the structural analysis and design validation of aircraft components, airframes, and systems using advanced FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Develop and implement robust structural analysis methodologies to predict behavior under static, dynamic, and fatigue loads.
• Oversee creation and interpretation of complex finite element models and simulation results.
• Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and certification authorities in a virtual environment to ensure structural requirements are met.
• Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, provide technical guidance, conduct design reviews, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Contribute to selection and application of aerospace materials considering strength, weight, and durability.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing analysis methodologies, results, and recommendations for design improvements.
• Ensure all structural analysis activities comply with aerospace industry standards (FAA, EASA) and company practices.
• Stay current with advancements in structural analysis techniques, software, and materials.
