• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Digital Art, Computer Graphics or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 2D animation skills, especially for games.
• 5–7 years of professional 2D animation experience, with at least 2 years in lead/senior roles in Arts & Entertainment.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard 2D animation software (Adobe Animate, Spine, Moho, Toon Boom Harmony).
• Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and animation integration is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of 2D animators, providing artistic direction and technical guidance.
• Define and maintain visual style and quality for 2D character and environment animation.
• Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, interfaces, and visual effects in games.
