Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic connectivity and hardware issues under supervision.
- Support senior engineers in implementing network changes and upgrades.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in code reviews and testing of new network configurations.
- Respond to network alerts and elevate issues as required.
